The price is fixed, no matter how simple or detailed the character is. I’ll adapt the design to fit my style, and may simplify or modify some elements if necessary. Coloring will be flat with cell shading.

  by commissioning or contacting me, you automatically agree to all the terms listed here. Failure to follow them will result in the commission being declined !! 

  payment  
┊must be made 100% upfront.
┊may include extra fees or taxes (e.g., PayPal fees).
┊for PayPal payments, I will issue an invoice.
┊no refunds will be given once the work has started.
┊refunds will only be issued if I personally inform you that I am unable to complete your commission after accepting it.

  process & updates  
┊i will send updates for every stage: sketch → lineart → flat color → render.
┊the commission will not progress to the next step unless you confirm.
┊the duration may vary depending on work or other responsibilities.

  revisions  
┊changes are only allowed during the sketch and lineart stages.
┊changes requested after the lineart stage will require additional payment.
┊please review each update carefully and let me know exactly what you want changed.
┊don’t hesitate to ask for adjustments during the sketch stage — my goal is to deliver work you are satisfied with.

  rush delivery  
┊rush/urgent commissions have an additional cost of +50% of the base price.

  usage rights  
┊the client may use or reupload the commission for personal / non-commercial use, as long as:
┊proper credit to the Artist is provided.
┊a link back to any of my social media (Tumblr, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram) is included.
If the commission includes characters that do not belong to the client, additional credit to the character’s owner(s)/creator(s) must be provided when reuploading for personal use.
┊the client may not use the commission for commercial purposes unless discussed with me beforehand.
┊commercial commissions will cost more (prices are negotiable).
┊if the commission contains characters not owned by the client, they cannot use it commercially unless they obtain written permission from the original creator(s).
┊the client may not claim the artwork as their own, regardless of whether they edited it or not.
┊i do not claim ownership of the characters depicted; they belong to their rightful creators.

  artist rights  
┊I am allowed to use the artwork I create for my portfolio, social media, examples, and promotional purposes.
┊If the client wants the piece to remain private / not posted, a privacy fee will be added.

  additional notes  
┊If you already have a commission in progress and want another one, you may reserve a slot.
┊I reserve the right to decline a commission if these terms are not followed.
